Trying to figure out how to start...


Alright, so Teacher's Day is on Monday and my school had its celebration on Friday. Had to report to school at about 7.00am in the sports hall cause majority of the prefects have to go to Lido first so that we can start directing the students when they come. So see, prefects is really tiring. See what we do for you???



Anyway, the school bused us there and we just hung around eating macs and some people were playing with the XBox 360 console there. They were playing Wall.E but it actually looks kinda fun in a very wierd way. So then the students came and we had to direct them to whatever cinema cause we had to choose what movie we wanted to watch: Wall.E or Money No Enough 2. So, directed them and obviously some of them rushed to the damn concession stall to buy popcorn whatever combo crap. Damn. The queue was so damn bloody long...



I chose to watch Money No Enough and when the show started...... i was still outside ushering bloody people to their cinemas... The buses came by like what movie they are watching like the first to third bus was Money No Enough and the other buses were Wall.E. And the movie was supposed to start only when everyone was here but it didnt so that was bloody bullshit. Bah whatever, missed some ERP thing, the start where the people did someting with some pollen crap. In the end after missing like 30 minutes of the show, we finally went in and watched the movie sitting on the stairs. Many of the prefects who wanted to watch Money No Enough went to watch Wall.E instead cause they thought it was no point watching part of the show. Cinema was bloody cold and i had to squint to see the damn subtitles. Stupid chinese...



Anyway, when the movie ended, Peter Tan walked up on the stage and said that Jack Neo was coming. So thats the cool part yeah, it kinda would be worth missing 30 minutes of the show. he came, talked about his inspirations and what made him make the movie and stuff. People asked questions and he answered, those normal stuff. Then he asked us to take a picture with him so we did. In the end, it was probably worth it.



MRT-ed home. And walked back from Novena.

Oh yeah, UYOs and some prefects went on learning journey to the Air Force open house, Supposed to have like the whole school going but they were too damn noisy on the last learning journey to Newater plant and whatever place. So John Chao only let us go. Ill put up the pictures next time. Too many...

Now i have nothing to watch during nights where there are dumb shows and now there's no excuse whatsoever for me watching TV. Gawd.



Ive got to say that the closing ceremony wasnt as good as the opening cause of all the singing. Seriously, "Beijing! Beijing! WO AI BEIJING!" that just was erm, undiscribable. However, the memorial tower was so cool. All the people doing stunts on the tower, that was awesome. The London 2012 Olympic preview was like total bullshit. Totally meaningless. Enlighten me Beckham.



Cant wait till 2012.



- Michael Phelps will be old and get 9 gold medals anyway...

- Usain Bolt will break the 8 second mark or get like 8.55 seconds for 100 metres.

Too Human

Hello.
Im gonna keep this short. Might not be sweet though:)

Went to KAP today with Winston and Kenneth Chew. Met Micah there and talked bullshit and ate Macs. There were 2 relief teachers from our school. Winston said that they are there like almost everyday cause hes also kinda a regular customer. So, he also kind of ahem one of them. You know like he thinks shes, "Wheewit". So i dared him to go to their table and stand at the side and start staring at them smiling. Haha. We then started laughing like mad and the whole daring crap went on and on. So going back. Took 66 back to school. Kenneth Chew was thinking of taking the bus number, you know some buses at the back the number plate, the plastic thing, yeah, he wanted to take it. Ben Chia took one last time before coming to school so he wants to follow la. So at the stop before school, i stood up first the he pushed the thing out of the socket and hid it behind his bag and we rushed out.
YAY!

Gawd, got 8/20 for A Maths trigo... Damn, it was like super easy when Lim Eng Choo went over it. All of us forgot that we had to do the C-A-S-T crap... Top was like only 13.

Anyway, OMG. You got to watch Tonight in Beijing today later on at 11pm. Go and see Phelps win his 7th gold. OMG! He was in second place at like 10m left. The first place guy was like gliding in the water to reach the end and get gold but Phelps was like a bit behind and he did the butterfly thing one more time and ended up winning the gold...... Shit man! It was about 0.01s faster. I wish there was a Youtube video but i just checked and there was nothing other than this lame shit cause they like banned the rest cause its like copyrighted. Seriously, that was an awesome moment.


You got to watch it it like 1.50 to the end. Thats where they show you the spectacular moment.

Lets give you facts on Michael Phelps. I just heard today from Jabez that he takes 12,000 calories everyday... I mean thats like super overdose. Normal humans take in like 2000 calories everyday but hes like a freak of nature, a bloody monster. Ah, if he can win 8 Olympic golds and break all the world records, that makes him damn un-human. Hes on 6 golds and 6 records beaten on every race he has been in. Damn. This guy is freaking crazy. Oh and you know what his diet is??? Jabez told me he saw it on today's Today newspaper.

Breakfast: 3 egg sandwiches (Ok, that might not be that much. Hold on...)

Lunch & Dinner: 1/2 a kilo of pasta.................

Holy shit. Thats like one whole wok full every lunch and dinner. Thats just super a lot. But he swims 4 hours a day anyway. So he needs those 12000 calories.

Today got back a few tests. Erm, Social Studies and hmm, i think thats it. So its only one... And some e-maths worksheets and stuff. Social Studies got 10/12 SEQ something about Northern Ireland Conflict between Protestants and Catholics. And got back this other one which was UN peacekeeping which was total bullshit. Got like 4/12... Bah, that top was like only 8 or something. So im like average:) So in the end, im 5th in class. A2 for Social Studies:D

Anyway, today had this talk on like cyber stuff. Had this talk before but they did it again. Like Internet stuff thats wrong. Pornography, gaming and like failing like shit when you game too much...
Everyone was like making crap answers like when they ask if the guy in the video should play and not his project everyone said yes and stuff. Everyone was shouting, "PORN! PORN! PORN!"

Example like Indiana Jones, the recent one, with the aliens and stuff especially at the end... Yeah, theres one part in there. But obviously not aliens but the Jet Li dude.

Im not even supposed to use the computer but blogging should be alright.

Okay, SINGFEST!
Damn. Singfest was so damn awesome. Seriously, it was freaking INTENSE!!!
Damn. They were all so good. Stacy Orrico, the Jamie guy, One Republic, Panic At The Disco, Jason Mraz, Rick Astley, Pussycat Dolls and Alicia Keys!!! Shit, i cant stop thinking about Singfest. And im like addicted to the Pussycat Dolls now. Arghh...

So the day started and I went to Seth's church, Foochow Methodist, left from there and went to Plaza Singapura. Ate the pretzel dog from Auntie Annie's. Whew, super nice. Bought this wierd tasting Mr Bean ice cream thing. Taste like soy milk. Bleagh. Made our way to the grounds after that. There wasnt a that long queue there yet and waited for like 2 hours then we could go in. Went to buy some merchandise there once we got in, both of us bought Panic shirts and i bought a Singfest shirt. Waited somemore standing up for like 1 and a half hours. That got into this building and walked down to the field. People were packing up the front so we ran to get good places. Good some kinda good space like 15 metres away from the stage and there was the big TV in front of us. The TV was super useful. Waited somemore...

Finally after 3 and a half hours of waiting, Stacy Orrico came out. He voice was like WOAH. Damn super powerful... Then that Jamie guy came out. I forgot what was his name. If im not wrong its Jaime Scott. Is it??? Anyway, came out with his 2 man "band", one with a cello i suppose and another with like this elongated violin which plas like bass notes. Dunno what thats called. Sung songs that were actually pretty nice. He also sweated like shit. His whole front part of his shirt was drenched. We decided to sit down then cause One Republic was next. After the Jamie dude, everyone started moving forward cause One Republic was like a favourite i suppose. I got bloody irritating cause people were like pushing their way into spaces. So in the end, we were packed like sardines. Then One Republic came out. All of us were cheering and like Wooooooooo!!!!!! Sang songs from their Dreaming Out Loud album. Well thats their only album anyway... They sounded so awesome. They were excellent. Oh yeah, the Ryan Tedder guy, the lead singer, he splashed water over the crowd cause we were getting really hot. And the blooding water which is sold there costs like $2 per bottle. Damn expensive... Anyway, OneRupublic sang and sang for very long. Stop And Stare then Apologise... Sing sing sing. Threw somemore water. The event people started throwing bottles of water into the crowd also. But none reached where we were cause the stupid idiots couldnt even throw far. So then Panic came out. I think they were like the favourite out of all the bands cause i think their applause and cheering was the loudest. They came out, i didnt quite know many of their songs. But they sang I Write Sins Not Tragedies. That was the best song they sang. And they also sang Nine In The Afternoon which was also not bad. At the end, the guitarists threw their picks into the crowd and the drummer threw his sticks. The drummer looks like Jack Black. Really, the long hair and stuff. Looks like Jack Black in School of Rock. And his drums are like damn retro. It like customised. He has an extra drum. And decorated with stuff. Jason Mraz was next. Another Favourite. I was abour dark at that time so the lights came on. He sung lots of songs. Hes damn good. He can mix up the stuff and add in lyrics there and then. He was super crowd appealing. He can make the audience join in almost everything he did. At the end, he took pictures with those instant producing camera. Those that you can only find in America. Yeah, he took pictures of all his band people and threw them into the crowd. Super cool.

After that was the Levi's Fashion Show. Seth and I went to buy stuff to eat. Ate this chicken wrap which costs $10... So expensive. Went back and went to the Nokia Booth while the Fashion Show ended and Rick Astley started singing. We saw Fiona Xie there with a group of her guy friends. And we also saw Adrain Pang before that queueing up for food. Squeezed through the crowd to get back to our places and Rick Astley finished up. He was singing thos olden day songs. Those songs that our parents grew up with. Then it was the Pussycat Dolls. Whew. Got props and everything. Came out and started singing. Their voice is like so high and i was half deaf when they ended with Dont Cha. They also sang their new single, When You Grow Up. I didnt even know they had another album coming out. So after seeing them perform in front of my eyes, i became kinda addicted to them. I LOVE THE PUSSYCAT DOLLS!!!

We decided to leave when they ended cause we didnt fell like watching Alicia Keys perform. So we went out and walked to Plaza Singapura. Left from there.
