And now we have NAPFA too! 1 and a half hours of excruciating pain. Shuttle run, standing broad jump, sit-and-reach, situps and chinups for me... Why must i be 15 years old now??? Why cant i be 15 tomorrow???
I can do chinups but not enough for an A... Shit man, A is like 7 chinups...
A lot of people are going to have to retake this NAPFA this year cause a lot a lot of people cant even do 1 damn chinup.
